A versatile every-day drinker for people who love coffee but don’t want the caffeine. We chose a coffee that is decaffeinated gently right at origin in Colombia, using sugar cane extract. The fermented sugar “grabs” the caffeine molecules from the green coffee and then is removed from the batch, leaving behind plenty of rich coffee flavor and none of the caffeine or harsh chemicals of conventional decaffeination.
