Paz comes from our friend Adolfo Vieira Ferreira in Minas Gerais, Brazil. We have been buying Adolfo’s coffee since 2019, and had the pleasure of visiting his farm personally in 2021. Fazenda Passeio, the farm, has become a beacon of sustainability and quality over the last twenty years. We select our own private delivery of coffee before shipping based on extensive cupping and analysis. The Paz coffee that results has become our top seller: a beautifully rich and full-bodied coffee, with a smooth and easy-to-drink profile.
